Summary

Implement cost breakdown report with the following parameters:

schoolID which is a GUID
startDate with format yyyy-mm-dd
endDate with format yyyy-mm-dd

Will output list of CostReport objects with the following fields:

description which is a string
cost which is a float64

Will also add a final row which contains the following information:

description: Total
cost: Sum of all costs in the report


          Implement cost breakdown report.
