Call for Community Contribution: Create a New Icon for Whatsie!

Hello everyone,

We're reaching out to our incredible community for help with an important update. Recently, we've been notified here about trademark issues regarding the current Whatsie icon, which closely resembles the official WhatsApp icon. To address this, we need to create a unique icon for Whatsie that aligns with the Flathub quality guidelines.

This is where you come in! We're inviting talented designers and creative minds from our community to contribute by designing a new icon for Whatsie. Your design should be original and distinct, avoiding any trademark conflicts while maintaining a professional and appealing look.

If you’re interested in contributing, please comment under this issue with your proposed design. We’ll keep this issue open for the next two weeks, until June 16th. If a suitable icon is proposed by then, we'll gladly adopt it. Otherwise, I will create one to ensure compliance within the given timeline.
