[UI] Namespace Overview page has Failed Executions and Error Logs of other namespaces

Describe the issue

On Kestra Cloud, when you go to Namespaces tab, and enter into the namespace, the overview page has Failed Executions and Error Logs pertaining to other namespaces.

Environment

• Kestra Version: 0.15.8
• Operating System (OS/Docker/Kubernetes): Cloud
• Java Version (if you don't run kestra in Docker):

This is a UI issue, the namespace is not passed to the HomeSummaryLog.vue components so the request to the logs API endpoint didn't filter on the namespace.
