NMSSaveManager is not available on NuGet

Unable to compile from source because NMSSaveManager is not available on NuGet. Is there another location to obtain said package?

I went ahead and published the NMSSaveManager to a repo so you can build it or if you just want the nuget package, I added it to the release page v2.2 to download.
