this builds on my previous PR but it's just a draft to show that passing a
function would be more powerful than just a message.
1/ Starting point is that I didn't like the formatting of duration and it's
currently not possible to override this
2/ I wanted to display the command as the content of the notification since my
notification manager trims the title
