These imported chromium scripts support some more obscure RPM-based package managers (yast and urpmi), but I don't know if they support this option, and my preference is not to touch them.

I don't think this will fix existing installs, because the cronjob sets repo_add_once=false in /etc/default/keybase when it runs, which prevents either the cronjob or the postinst hook from calling the install_yum routine. I don't plan to touch this logic either.

Tested that installing a package with these changes applies correctly to /etc/yum.repos.d/keybase.repo, but only after deleting /etc/default/keybase.
