bug with keycloak 23 realm cache not create in infispan

when we create second realm the cache is not made in infinispan but when we reboot the pods the cache is made

Expected behavior

when your create a second realm infinispan needs to be update automatic

Actual behavior

when your create a second realm you get this error Event object wasn't available in remote cache after event was received. Event key: and realm is not working

How to Reproduce?

just make infispan cluster like the document from keycloak

@jwklijnsma Keycloak 24 was released, see the following blog post for all the details: https://www.keycloak.org/2024/03/keycloak-2400-released

Could you please retest with Keycloak 24.0.1? The multi-site guides may refer to some features that are not present in Keycloak 23.

Also, if this issue persists, could you please provide more details? For example, Keycloak and Infinispan configuration but any other info may be useful.
