Is it possible to bring back the old visualization of these datasets? Just name it "old" or something like that. It is a bit better in terms of visualizing ground truth. |

@kfoynt To answer your previous question, yes we have a set of new examples in new_visualization_examples.ipynb. That one has all the examples from bioinformatics networks as well, so I delete the old notebook.
