Create the very first empty window by hand by using MinGW

Prerequisite

• OS: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10

• Compiler: MinGW >= 5.0.0 (gcc/g++ >= 5.0.0)

Instructions

• Run ./build.win32.bat

• Output file is ./main.exe
