Added deletions, and critical count
Combined ship and character critical functions to reduce duplicated code adn reduncancy.
Critical Injury roll template now displays whether it was a starship, vehicle, beast, character, companion or npc critical injury.
Re-enabled none option for suggestions and fixed missing diceObj bug
Suggestions are now handled by the suggestion engine so they are not needed in the sheet any more. Removing to save on filesize.
