Sometimes it's not obvious, and not accurate, to see the x-axis value of a datapoint, so having exact time info in tooltip will help.

Check if this fits well with sparklines too - if not, sparklines would remain without time info.

Also have to take care about multi-points: we don't want to repeat N times the same information in a tooltip.
