Fastlane has a check xcode version lane that was hardcoded to 14.2 and is probably why our Beta builds are currently broken. I'm updating it to 15.2.
Note: I'm not sure how to test that this actually fixes the problem - the beta build gets run any time we submit a pr to
ios-ossso my plan is to just submit this pr and hope for the best. Even if this doesn't fix the beta build, the xcode version should be updated to match circle ci config.✅ Acceptance criteria
