Hi Gilberto
Hope all is well.

I noticed my visual stop functioning.

Fix bug 5 :
image

  • Can no longer provide multi-pal measures into the value field.
  • Cant add a calculated column in the "category Data" field.

Hi @Raynok

Sorry for breaking your scenario. I have packaged a pre-release version of the Waffle Chart with support for multiple measures. Please take a look and let me know if it fixes your scenario.

https://github.com/kiewic/PowerBI-WaffleChart/releases/tag/2.0.6.beta

And thanks for using the Waffle Chart!

Hi Gilberto
Thank you for the link, Here are the results..

image

For some reason placing a calculated column in categories is not displaying information. If I place an un-calculated column it shows. The reason I'm using a calculation column is due to two sources of client names. It did work before.

image

The "Values" Field now works" with a max of 3. I think that will be okay as that's what I was doing before.

The Min and max values are still limited to 1 single measure. For my purpose I was using 3 measures in the "Max value" field.

I am starting to look at the code but it will take some time to understand. Step at a time.

You welcome, the thanks goes to you for providing this visual.

Okay, I've found that my calculated column had a blank row, once the blank row was removed the calculated column in the category field displayed the categories. This line item has been figured out. If someone has a blank row using a calculated column it the category field it wont display - Hope that narrows it.

As a test - I'll try to consolidate the 3 measures into 1 measure (create a master measure so to speak)
Apologies for the slow workaround approaches to the new changes.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Gilberto, apologies I just had to think a little more out the box.

I consolidate my measures into 1 measure and still able to work with the "contains" slicers. Now I can still continue to view one page with different slicer selections which I want to see among our customers. From an operations point of view this is fantastic.

Looking forward to other change requests in the near future.

Interesting, I see blank values have unexpected behaviors. A blank value in Category does not render the entire visual. And a blank value in Values does not display that column. I definitely need to take a look at this.
