Duration dropdown for non latin languages use wrong format

Describe the issue

Use greek, dropdown offers greek format, but Kimai expects AM/PM format for input.

I already tried

Will be fixed with the next release, i did a larger refactoring and you can now select two user preferences:

• one for translations
• one for value formats
