- refactored menu and menu event, to show the main menu in one level
- added basic plugin listing (currently only for informational purposes
- added function to flush cache from UI (about screen)
- simplified about screen
- added further template hooks (via events: CONTENT_START, CONTENT_BEFORE, CONTENT_AFTER, CONTENT_END)
