LexiMail should support plugin mechanism loaded from external folder (ie.: user preferences)

It could be many types of plugins:

UI (eg: adding a button to social sharing)
Content (eg: IMAP, POP3, RSS Feeds, etc)

UI plugins could add support for buttons, layouts and themes.
