Install bazel

https://docs.bazel.build/versions/master/install.html

Run a build

bazel build //...

Run inside CodeBuild linux environment

git clone https://github.com/aws/aws-codebuild-docker-images.git
cd aws-codebuild-docker-images
cd ubuntu/java/openjdk-8
docker build -t aws/codebuild/java:openjdk-8 .

docker-compose run codebuild /bin/bash

Now you will need to install bazel since it's not pre-installed for CodeBuild

./install-bazel.sh
export PATH=$PATH:/root/bin

Reproduce the problem

bazel build -j 1 --verbose_failures --subcommands --sandbox_debug //webhook:deploy.zip
