because go mod tidy deletes the BUILD.bazel files from the vendor tree, the gazelle directives to keep the custom contents of the build file are not there for gazelle to respect after go mod tidy runs. So, use a patch file to restore. Signed-off-by: Elliot Murphy <statik@users.noreply.github.com>
