Cannot use GNU Screen 4.00.03 #697

经测试
1.在WindTerm里使用版本4.00.03 的screen后,只能摸黑操作,无任何回显.输入exit能正常退出.(CentOS release 6.5 (Final)),
用putty则完全正常,可以确定是windTerm的问题.

2.同样在WindTerm里使用Screen version 4.01.00devel (GNU) 2-May-06 .版本则正常.(CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core) )

由于有很多老机器都是centos6,无法升级screen, 希望给出一个方法或者修复这个bug.
