The :ALLOC-INTERVAL keyword argument is no longer supported.
Also, change the system name of the test system to cl-6502/test. Newer versions of ASDF expect that naming convention for test systems defined in the same asd file as the package that's tested.

The cl-6502 system is currently broken in Quicklisp. This pull request fixes the problems.
