  • Requirements, design and review sessions;

  • Operational or support scenarios to help define and test the solution;
  • Assurance that the solution is evolving correctly;
  • Operational acceptance testing;
  • Development of technical support documentation;
  • Training of technical operations and support staff;
  • Incremental deployment of the solution releases, as appropriate.
