Playback issue on certain mp4 files

I have a very specific mp4 file that fails to play (via remote server).

When I check the properties of the video file via ffmpeg, or when I want to extract a part of this video file using -c copy I get this error:

[mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 @ 000001c16c949680] CTTS invalid

And the playback is like the video below:

video_2023-12-13_15-17-24.mp4
