Goal

Add user authenticated and create login and register

Features

1. only authenticated user can submit a vote.
2. have login and register
3. user can change vote and replace his previous vote.

Evaluation Criteria

1. user can register, login and logout.
2. when user change vote, the poll should count vote correctly.
3. user can only view the poll if the user is authenticated.
