We said a few times that tricky thing was getting the headers installed. But it still created pain.

It would be good if we could provide examples or notes on how to get things to work on different k8s environments (AKS, AKE, GKE, etc).

One attendee tried to use it on KIND (kubernetes in Docker) and was not able to.

I didn't know that Minikube needs changes, too. Maybe kinvolk/lokomotive#810 can be recommended?

Regarding Lokomotive, we wanted to show the tools with a non-Kinvolk product to avoid it being a "product-placement" tutorial :). But yes, I think that further work on this tutorial would be to have some basic instructions for the different platforms, including a virtualized lokomotive, making it more flexible.

Regarding the Minikube changes, Alban sent the PRs to Minikube so that it could be used without changes but unfortunately they decided to revert the switch from 4.19 to 5.4 due to unrelated problems. We were hoping they could be fixed in time for the tutorial, but this didn't happen. Once they go back to 5.4, it should be possible to use the released Minikube version without changes.
