ie67浏览器对某些特殊的属性如(placeholder)无法attr()获取到正确的值，
可以参考jquery用getAttributeNode('xxx').nodeValue进行相关修正

貌似1.3.0还是没有修正....

@nikogu 暂时打算放在 1.4 里，如果 bug 多，可能会放到 1.3.1
