  1. 增加window load的时间绑定，增加window load状态的标识符，用于解决load时间绑定过晚，导致不执行的问题

  2. 绑定事件时增加对window的特殊处理，依赖S.Env.winHasLoaded状态，如果window已经loaded，再次绑定load事…
