Metabug for integrating https://github.com/metafetish/buttplug-js with Yiffspot. Will allow Yiffspot users to discover devices supported by the Buttplug library, and share control of them with other users.

  • Device Discovery/Sharing
  • Device Cleanup on Disconnect/New Partner
  • Device Control Share/Unshare with Partners
  • Support for vibrators
  • Spin up servers as needed on glitch
  • Code Comments
  • Device Control Labeling
  • User Documentation (aka how the fuck do i even use this)
  • User Error Messages
  • Support for stroking devices (optional)
  • Support for rotating devices (optional)

Work is happening on master branch of https://github.com/metafetish/yiffspot.

Test server available at https://teledildonic-yiffspot.glitch.me

Glitch instance available for remix at https://glitch.com/edit/#!/teledildonic-yiffspot

@kisuka There's a demo of the latest version of the repo at https://teledildonic-yiffspot.glitch.me/.

Got a couple of questions:

  • Does the above task list look ok? Def not gonna PR until comments are in, 'cause that's not really fair to you for maintaining it. :)
  • Should I make the "Buttplug" part of the side panel be collapsible? Nothing else collapses there, but I'm honestly not sure how many YiffSpot users will even have hardware that works with this, so having it collapsed on start might save some confusion.
  • Gonna try to figure out what the minimal amount of user documentation is, but that's gonna be difficult since the users are anonymous. May try to put some sort of contact info in just in case people have problems and want to reach out?
