Animation problems, close tasks and boards in progress. :(

Hello,

When a task is being edited, and another collaborator updates any item on the same board, when the lower animation appears in green,
automatically the task is closed and everything that was being updated is lost and you have to start over (hopefully, no one will do anything while the animation does not interrupt and close arbitrarily). I tried the configurations,
take out the ticket to show animation? but it does not work and it is marked again :( I did not find the option of taking the ticket with a button or something that will let me save the change. Is there a solution?
