Try this settings in microG Settings

Or install YT-Advanced's GmsCore and use "Huawei" button (These are same effects)

No change, unfortunately. Tried those options and the same error happens.
Error
I tried downloading YT-Advanced's GmsCore but I don't see any "Huawei" button.

I suggest you try MicroG RE. It's a fork of ReX's GMS Core and has a huawei login option

Tried both options to login and no change once again. It doesn't seem to connect to Google services after confirming my identity.
As some additional context, the "Signature Spoofing" checkmark doesn't seem to be checked in the first section of Gmscore. Although that was the case when I first logged in and I could do it anyways.

Update: It appears that my Google accounts that I previously added may be banned from my device (only when using Gmscore, that is). I tried adding a different account and it worked. I saw online that this was fixed with a factory reset but I don't know if I want to do that.
