Edit metadata in the task being performed

In Production 2, so-called "properties" could be edited when processing a task. To achieve the same behavior, when editing a task, it should be possible to edit the metadata of the root element of the task. The assigned acquisition stage (see #3155) should be taken into account.

It seems possible to add, delete and change the properties, workpiece properties, and template properties.
