In the meantime, a lot of work has been done in the adaptation of import, XSLT files and rule sets in order to bring all the import and export functionalities to working. A working set of configuration files should be updated in the GitHub repository to reflect the latest changes. Non-functional rulesets should be removed. Both library catalogs, and the ZDB and Kalliope databases should be functionally configured in kitodo_opac.xml and with all the necessary files for import and export (whatever the current state of the art is).

I would say #3137 can be closed once this is done.
