Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the default value of Pagination Scope in the Pagination Panel is set to "From first selected page". Many of our users intuitively assume that the default value is "Only the selected pages", causing many errors in pagination.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice, if the default value of Pagination Scope could be configued on User level, similar to e. g. "show_pagination_by_default".
