Structure data import

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Suppose I need to structure a process. The process has 1250 images, the subheadings must be recorded here (i.e. 1 structuring level). There is little text after each heading, ¼ page to less than 10 pages. Around 1000 structures have to be entered into the work. Often, several structures start on one page. Appropriate links to the same page must be created. The structure and texts are already available (e.g. as a Word file). Creating the structures is slow; the Metadata Editor needs many seconds to react after each mouse click.

Describe the solution you'd like

The outlined function should use a CSV input file containing the structure type, page from-to, and metadata entries, alternating key and value. Example:

The functionality could be implemented in the "New docstruct" dialog as a "from file" option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You can create all the structures by hand, but it takes an extremely long time.
