Allow changing the dispmanx layer in the Raspberry Pi using the KIVY_BCM_DISPMANX_LAYER environment variable.
This allows running several kivy programs in different layers, or running other dispmanx layer overlays like the Raspberry Pi Camera preview, or omxplayer.
