Blind users should be able to use Kivy apps via whatever UI automation their operating system provides.

AccessKit provides an API to access UI automation in a cross platform manner, so let's use that.

Here are AccessKit's Python bindings.

This issue supersedes #5836.

Hello, I'd like to see for myself if what we've built is actually usable! If noone else in the community wants to take the lead on this, I can give it a try.
