text2speech doesn't work on platform Linux #372

As there is mentioned in README file that text2speech would be work on Linux platform but when I run it on Linux it will give an error this

See deps it needs to have in order to work. It'd be better to have something more general, but I don't know about any built-in TTS feature in all distros.
