RM3 Mini Code 7d00 not discovered

@kiwi-cam Please assist with supporting an Rm3 Mini with code 7d00.

I can add that to the broadlink-rm-pro fork, but I'm curious that a new RM3 Mini code is coming up now - when the RM4 is out. It looks like that code is for an EU SP3 smart plug which wouldn't work with this plugin (only IR/RF blasters are supported).

Could you confirm that it's definitely the RM3 Mini that the plugin is finding?

'Device not found' would suggest that it's not finding your device. When you added your device to the Wifi did you complete the setup in the Broadlink/IHC app? If so, reset the device and do it again but abort the setup when prompted for a room.
