UselessFake Obselete Feature: Toolbar Shortcut

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
There is settings option called 'Toolbar Shortcut' In kiwi which claims to allow to add custom shortcuts to kiwi toolbar in which we can add custom javascripts to be run quickly.

It is fake useless obselete setting. doesnt work doesnt add any shortcut to toolbar
