Pass comment/result of test to ticket of an issue tracker

Description of the problem
When I create an issue of a failed test in a test run to the bugtracker redmine or gitlab I am missing the comment and the attachements the tester added to the failed test. (See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76110084/comments-on-test-cases-are-not-passed-to-external-bug-tracker) There appears the heading "Actual results" in the resulting ticket but the content is empty. (I am working with version 12.0)

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if the comment and the attachments can be pasted into the ticket by passing it to the bug tracker.
