Description of problem

Looks like API is broken

Both DEMO and 04ee633

How often reproducible

Always

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to http://<kiwi_address>/xmlrpc

Actual results

In Demo - error 500
In my local instance -

TypeError at /xmlrpc/
context must be a dict rather than RequestContext.

Expected results

API page should be open

Update how we render the XMLRPC info page. Fixes #80
7d6544c 
also removed unused variables in context, updated the template
to make it easier to assert if something has been rendered and
added a sanity test for that
