I fully tested gettingfiles.sh and was able to grab all files without need to do anything other than getting phone in dfu

Added options in gettingfiles.sh and in futurerestored.sh

• In getting files you can use --skip-rdboot if you are already In sshrd Ramdisk
• In futurerestored.sh you can use --skip-rdboot and --skip-ffs which skips creating palera1n fakefs

In beta v1.3 will be added automatic copying known_hosts file without asking user for username.
