This PR removes the need to use local views/assets for eta template files and
css stylesheets.
Default views and styles are fetched from remote module url upon initial site
generation.
This removes the need to store any local ter-related files in site directory
(apart from config.yml) and avoids issues with having an outdated eta template.
The default stylesheet is now injected inline into <style> tag.
Optional cli flag to use local views and assets might be added in a separate PR.
