Incorrect formatting with DISTINCT over multiple values #35

import mo_sql_parsing as msp

query = "SELECT DISTINCT a ,  b FROM t"
d = msp.parse(query)
back = msp.format(d)

As a result, I get SELECT DISTINCT(a, b) FROM t, which does not work in sqlite
