  1. s2c+s2d: Add readahead 

    Increases compression speed by almost 1GB/s on systems with plenty of CPU.

2548.8MB/s ->  3856.9MB/s

Decompression speedup is about 10%, if not IO limited:

1255.1MB/s ->  1386.8MB/s
