Also tried to click "Log Out" from File menu, but nothing happened.
Click "Evernote Setting" can launch browser and navigate to Evernote website.

Try using the View > Reload option, to force-reload the app, since it looks a lot like a connectivity issue.
Please feel free to reach out again if the issue persist.

Tried View ==> Reload several times, nothing changed, still white screen.
Using File ==> Evernote Settings, can launch Firefox and show evernote official website.

Both Linux Network and Firefox already configured proxy.
Is there any special configuration for Tusk to configure proxy ?

Did two things , then Tusk and work normally now.

  1. Changed Proxy configuration from automatic to Manual,
  2. Uninstall old version completely , then install new v0.21
Not sure which one the is the root cause, most likely the proxy configuration.

This issue needs to be reopen

It seems everytime Evernote makes an upgrade, Tusk needs to do it as well, otherwise it gets stuck. I am facing the same issue with the white screen after credentials are given to log in.
Tusk version: 0.23.0
Electron version: 4.2.2

Hi,
I found that this PR has solved the issue. #317 You can either checkout that forked branch, since it has not been merged at the moment. Or you can follow this to solve your problem as well #308 (comment)
