longpress popup doesn't show number-second-char

In 4-row layout (portrait), longpress on a number button (top row) does show a popup, but this popup doesn't contain the "number second-char" character. For example, the popup for "i" should not only include "7", but also "/". Other example: Longpress "z" should not only include "6", but also "&".

Is there a hidden option for this somewhere?
