Ask your question here:

Hello, we need to install knative in our cluster which runs Istio v1.20. Does the latest version of knative support this ? Where can i get this info generally ?

Thanks!

The only way i found was to check https://knative.dev/docs/install/yaml-install/serving/install-serving-with-yaml/#install-a-networking-layer tutorial guide, where if you download https://github.com/knative/net-istio/releases/download/knative-v1.13.1/istio.yaml in istio-related step, you can grep for docker and see that istio included there is in version 1.20.3 as of now.

But i have no idea if this is correct way of checking if this versions are compatible as currently im fighting couple of days now to make istio 1.20 work with knative (-serving) 1.13.

Hi @bettaps @dsgli, this is an old issue the community needs to address check here pls knative-extensions/net-istio#958. You can also check the releases in that repo for the supported Istio version. Pls feel free to contribute.
