Minimum file size setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm using offcloud and I get a bunch of links that are like 70mbs and they're samples of the actual movie, it would be great if we can sort them out. Like have a minimum file size limit setting.

To test: have max filesize set to 3gb, go to fallout S1E1 and scroll over to see the links, see 66mb file.
