This will generate "win32_ver.h" from "configure.ac" as a pre-build event and
#includethat file in "decoder.h", so thatPACKAGE_VERSIONis defined abd everything compiles as it should.I also removed some header files from the MSVC project that, apparently, do not exist anymore.
