The Community Scripting Extensions can be installed via the preconfigured KNIME Update Site for Community Extensions (Trusted). There is no need to set up a development environment.
And please: This one liner issue without a good description is not very helpful. I only can guess, that you refer that our README is confusing and misleading but it's not made clear. Feel free to comment if I misunderstood you request. Otherwise I will close that issue soon.
